Course Description
The Beat Burnout Blueprint 12 week program is designed to help you overcome burnout and feel more at ease, energised and get a good nights’ sleep. This course is designed for ambitious professionals suffering from symptoms of burnout. The course is split into 3 cycles including stress relief, nutrition and movement. Cycle 1 is broken down into sleep hygiene, mindfulness meditation, journaling and encouraging positive social interactions. Cycle 2 explores gut health including the role of energy boosting foods, immunity, healing the gut, detoxing, the benefits of organic food and the importance of hydration. Cycle 3 looks at the importance of cardiovascular exercises and strength training in managing burnout. It also explores the significance of engaging in outdoor activities such walking in nature, grounding, and trampolining to manage mental and physical wellbeing and the role of yoga and breathwork in alleviating symptoms. The program is made up of educational videos to support your learning, including workbooks, weekly homeworks, meditations from guest confidence coach and mindset expert Abi Rogers, recommended recipes and snacks, a food diary, a 30 day planner, movement resources, journaling exercises, positive affirmations, reading/podcast/program recommendations, and additional content including green smoothies, juicing, vegan/vegetarian sources of protein, alternative healthy swaps and moon milks/adaptogens.
