Course Description

The course will give you the blueprint so you can avoid asking yourself those questions or answer those questions if they are currently a problem for you.
Leigh considers himself very fortunate to have had such an incredible 13 year career as a Wildland Firefighter with the Alberta Wildfire Rappel Program. He has fought fire in Canada, The United States, and Australia. The most rewarding part of his job was mentoring other team members into leadership positions, and help them develop the strategies and mindset to realize their leadership potential. Today he helps others reach their own leadership potential and team development goals.
