Course Description

Welcome to The Mindful Work Training!

The Mindful Work Training (TMWT) is a scalable asynchronous training program designed to support individuals and teams in developing mindful purpose, practices, and protocols. We’ve designed TMWT to work for real people… we hope you’ll enjoy the training and your time exploring your relationship to yourself, your work, and your colleagues.

TMWT consists of 11 core modules, encompassing topics in the following areas:

  1. Mindful Self-Development
  2. Mindful Service, Meaning, and Purpose
  3. Mindful Systems and Relationships

Each module consists of a 10-minute video, a short reading, a journaling prompt, and action items that support participants in their practice between modules… the action items help quickly integrate the learnings into our workday. The course material in each module takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.

The pacing for this training can be whatever you’d like, but we suggest considering one module per week. If one follows this cadence, the training will take approximately 12 weeks to complete.

We’ll address specifics such as mindfully practicing workplace protocols, personal self-awareness practices, ways to communicate more skillfully across various mediums, time management, emotional intelligence, and team dynamics.
