• Evaluate and improve: Competently evaluate existing systems using various UX evaluation methods and provide actionable recommendations for design improvements.
• Conduct usability testing: Plan, recruit for, confidently run, analyze, and communicate the findings of usability test sessions.
• Integrate and scale UX: Learn to integrate UX into organisational contexts (including Agile/Lean) and understand the continuous improvement process required post-launch.
• Strategically use AI: Understand how to use AI tools and platforms to conduct some of your research, accelerate research analysis, and help identify usability issues.

Each activity builds on the others, and at the end of the 10 activities, you will have an end-to-end design project that you can add to your portfolio and help you find your next UX/CX position.
