Martial Arts: Karate, Kung Fu, Boxing, and Kenpo Training

Martial Arts: Karate, Kung Fu, Boxing, and Kenpo Training, Martial Arts Fundamentals from White Belt to Black Belt.
Course Description
I’m Antoine Griner, and my martial arts journey started back in 1990. In 1994, I began training seriously with Joseph Patterson, a decorated Army veteran. He was an expert in Japanese Jujutsu, with a 3rd-degree black belt, and was also highly skilled in Gung Fu and Karate. I trained with him until 2004, when I earned my first-degree black belt.
Since then, I’ve explored several other martial arts styles, including Chinese Kenpo, BKF Karate, Tang Soo Do, Kong Su Do, and a few others. I have a deep passion for martial arts and find immense joy in sharing my knowledge with others.
As your instructor in this program, I will introduce you to techniques and forms from diverse martial arts systems, such as Kenpo, Western Boxing, Gung Fu, and Karate. The goal of this program isn’t to focus on any single art but rather to teach you a combination of techniques and forms from different fighting arts, because every martial art has its strengths and weaknesses.
This program will teach you the fundamental techniques from White Belt to Black Belt.
