Instructor Adrienne O’Brien is now a wellness coach and practising wellness practitioner. Before taking on this role as a solopreneur, she held various managerial positions in academia. She studied drama at the Royal School of Drama in Scotland. She is a leader in her Buddhist organisation, a singer, and the cherry on top being her late diagnosis of ADHD!
